Why are educational games for children
so important? In today's world, more than ever, use of computers in all
aspects of our lives has become immensely important. It therefore makes
sound sense to give your children a head start with computers and their
education and what better way to do it than through play. As Plato once
said "Do not train children to learning by force and harshness, but
direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better
able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of
each."

The attraction of our educational games
for children is apparently their ease of use. Children can get going
immediately with our software as we do not incorporate a myriad of
options, menu items, toolbars etc., that just serve to confuse. We also
do not go in for the fluffy bunny and cute cuddly animal approach that
exists in so many educational games for children. The reason for this is
that we recognise that not all early learners are small children.
Education should be available for all without condescending graphics.
This aspect of our programs is appreciated by all age groups and young

Incidentally, I think it is rather sad that the term 'educational games for kids' is searched for far more than 'educational games for children'. This in my view is a sad reflection of our times as to refer to children as kids, is I believe rather derogatory as the word 'kid' is generally used when we are talking about children in a negative light or when we are being flippant. Children's education is both serious and positive and should be talked about in the same way. They are our future after all. Let's get back to basics, which is how I hope our software will help in installing self worth and confidence in young people.
